Breastmilk can be pumped directly into the bags, saving time and any messy milk transfers or spillages. 

The bags are designed to store frozen breastmilk for up to 6 months. Plus, the write-on tab makes it easy to track how long the breastmilk has been stored by noting down the date 

 

Directions

Tear the perforated seal and pour or pump your breastmilk into the bag. Gently squeeze the bag to remove any air before sealing the top of the bag, writing down the date and the amount expressed on the top tab.

 

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.

Lets talk about storing the gold dust that is in fact breast milk!

As the return to work date is slowly creeping closer Im starting to build a stash so Betsy can access my milk whilst Im working. I used Lansinoh breastmilk storage bags with Minnie so it was easy to turn to them again. Theyre made from food safe polyethylene so theyre strong, flexible and prevent any toxins reaching the breastmilk; the bags can be recycled and theyre designed with double seals to prevent leaks and a gusseted bottom allows for expansion. I lie them flat in the freezer but you can also stand them up! May I add that Betsy is a ridiculously stubborn bottle refuser; please pray for a miracle so that all this effort isnt in vein ????
